1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable based on the following schedule:

2 - 7 Days from Program Start 70% Refund
After 7 Days from Program Start No Refund

2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

Users must request a refund by emailing hello@yellofit.com within the refund eligibility period. The email should include the user’s name, registered email, contact number, and reason for the refund request.

2.2 Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days of receipt. Once the refund is approved, the payment will be processed within 10-14 business days and credited to the original payment method.

2.3 Deductions

If applicable, processing fees or transaction charges levied by payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) may be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial Program Usage: If a user has consumed or benefited from part of the program beyond the first 7 days.
  • Non-Compliance: Failure to follow dietary instructions or lifestyle recommendations provided by Yellofit.
  • Program Holds or Pauses: If a user places the program on hold and later decides to withdraw.

4. Cancellation Policy

Users can request to cancel their program at any time. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund unless it falls within the eligibility period mentioned in Section 1. After cancellation, users can access limited content and past resources but will not receive ongoing support from Yellofit experts.

5. Exceptions

Yellofit may consider case-by-case exceptions under extraordinary circumstances such as medical emergencies. Requests for exceptions should be submitted via email to hello@yellofit.com, and Yellofit will assess the situation individually.

6. Modifications to the Policy

Yellofit reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the Refund Policy section on our website www.yellofit.com. Users are encouraged to review the policy periodically.
